Mr. Charles Quao, founder and CEO of Quao Realty, has said his trajectory is set to achieve the delivery of over 500 units within the next two to three years.
Speaking in an interview on Marcopolis in Accra,  he said their primary focus revolves around understanding the market dynamics to precisely meet   clients' needs—a foundational principle at Quao Realty.

Mr. Quao underscored the significance of innovation and timely project delivery in meeting the diverse needs of clients.
According to him, Quao Realty has engaged in landscaping for about a decade, collaborating with significant real estate developers and construction firms in Ghana.
For him , their standout achievement over the last six years has been the  consistent delivery of projects on time, a pervasive issue in the industry.
Quao Realty, established in 2017, has successfully delivered over 100 properties and sold more than 200 properties in locations like Airport Residential, Cantonments, and East Legon.

Away from  that


The Ghana Engineering Council  says  engineers involved in building  projects that have collapsed will be sanctioned.
According to the council, after  investigations the  engineers  found culpable would have  their licenses either revoked or canceled.
The council also advised  the public to  always engage  licensed engineers and other  built professionals to reduce the risk of  building collapse.
This follows the collapse of some five  buildings in the country in 2023.

Mr.  Ransford Amo, a  development consultant, has blamed  the housing deficit  in Ghana  on  the abscence  of  housing  policies.
According to  him, there are  no tax  reductions  for developers, contributing  to  high  cost of prices.
Speaking on an Accra based TV station,  he pointed out that  factors such as taxes,  land costs, and building materials, among others, contribute to  the high cost of homes in the country .
Mr Amo stressed the need for partnership between government and the private sector to  bridge the gap.

Re/Max Canada published the results of a poll conducted by Leger in late 2023 that surveyed Canadians on their appetites to buy a home if it meant forgoing single ownership or buying with a spouse or partner.
