Shovel -ready project must have all permits, designs, land documentation and everything ready to get the project going. Please make sure all government regulations are met. 

We will review the project and upload it on our site and invite our investors around the world to look at the project and contact you through us. We have the contact for the right finance companies. Our links in the industry is huge and we leverage on that to help you source the right finance for your project.

Kindly be aware that we do not gurantee anything. Ours is to pass on your projects to these investors. 

By doing this you will pay us £1000.00 for just the intro.

When we are sussesful in negotiating for finance for your project we will chager you 5% of the value of the finance.
